1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are a contract betweenSmallPesa ("SmallPesa", "we", "us") and you. We are the company behind the justTLDR browser extension and its related services (the “Service”), and these terms govern your use of the justTLDR browser extension and related services (the “Service”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments for subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You purchase from Paddle and receive invoices/receipts from Paddle on our behalf. SmallPesa remains the provider of the Service. Taxes/VAT are calculated at checkout.

3. Accounts and usage

You are responsible for your account and for complying with applicable laws when using the Service. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or reverse‑engineer it except as permitted by law.

4. Privacy

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Service and improve it. Sensitive inputs (like prompts) remain on your device unless you opt in to sync. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Subscriptions and renewal

Subscriptions auto‑renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If prices change, we will notify you in advance where required.

Manage or cancel a subscription at any time via the Paddle Buyer Portal using the email you used at checkout.

6. Digital delivery

Some features may be available immediately after purchase. By continuing at checkout you acknowledge delivery may begin immediately and that, where allowed by law, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once digital delivery starts.

If you are an EU/UK consumer, you have a 14‑day right to cancel a distance contract. This right may not apply once digital content has been supplied with your express consent. See our Refund Policy for how we handle cancellations and refunds.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate the rights of others, to distribute unlawful content, or to circumvent platform policies (e.g., YouTube’s or a site’s terms). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Site or email where appropriate. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
