Refund Policy

Overview

Payments for justTLDR subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Prices may exclude taxes/VAT, which are calculated at checkout. Invoices and receipts are issued electronically by Paddle.

Refund window

If a paid plan doesn't work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailingsupport@justtldr.com. Please include your order email and any relevant details.

EU/UK consumers may have a statutory 14‑day right to cancel. Where digital content is supplied immediately with your express consent, that right may not apply once delivery has begun.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto‑renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access remains available through the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for unused time on monthly subscriptions.

For annual plans, prorated refunds may be issued only if a critical service issue persists beyond 7 business days after you contact support and we are unable to provide a workaround.

Manage or cancel via the Paddle Buyer Portal using the email used at checkout.

Immediate access to digital content

When you start a subscription, you may receive immediate access to digital features. By proceeding at checkout, you acknowledge that delivery may begin immediately and that your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once digital delivery starts, where applicable under local law.

  • Include: order email, approximate charge date, plan type

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
